He often describes himself as a simple man from humble beginnings. Noe was born in the Philippines and received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in computer application systems analysis and design. He made his debut in the home healthcare industry as an IT System Administrator in 2003.
In 2014, Noe graduated as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) from Fortis College in Houston, Texas, proudly serving as the valedictorian of his class. While working as an LVN, he ambitiously pursued an associate degree in nursing from Excelsior College. After becoming a registered nurse, Noe dedicated himself to full-time work in home health care and at the Memorial Hermann Neuroscience Acute Care Unit, all while chasing his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College, where he graduated with presidential honors. Recently, he achieved his Master’s degree in nursing, becoming a fully licensed Family Nurse Practitioner accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With an unwavering spirit, Noe aims to pursue both a Doctorate in Nurse Practice and an MBA, charting a path of excellence and commitment to his field.
