Noe S. Perez RN BSN MSN
Noe S. Perez is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare administration. He is known for his dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients across various healthcare settings. Noe’s career has been marked by his commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery.
He often describes himself as a simple man from humble beginnings. Noe was born in the Philippines and received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in computer application systems analysis and design. He made his debut in the home healthcare industry as an IT System Administrator in 2003.
In 2013, Noe graduated as an LVN from Fortis College in Houston, Texas, where he was the valedictorian of his class. While working as an LVN, he pursued his associate degree in nursing from Excelsior College. At this time, Noe continued to work full-time in the home health care setting and at Memorial Herman Neuroscience Acute Care unit while pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College. He graduated with presidential honors. Noe recently acquired his Master's degree in nursing and is pursuing his Family Nurse Practitioner license, with an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2024. He plans to pursue his doctorate and MBA thereafter.
Noe’s career in healthcare spans several decades, during which he has held various clinical and administrative roles. Noe’s passion for improving healthcare delivery led him to establish NSPZ Enterprise, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in Texas.
Under Noe’s leadership, NSPZ Enterprise has become a prominent aftercare provider in Texas, offering a range of services aimed at meeting the diverse needs of patients and their families. The organization is built on three core pillars:
1. Home Care of Texas: Home Care of Texas is a preferred home health provider of all the Houston Methodist Hospitals and other top medical doctors in Houston and its surrounding areas. HCOT provides skilled nursing, therapy, and personal care services to individuals who prefer to receive care in the comfort of their own homes. Noe and his team are committed to delivering personalized care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for patients.
2. Hospice Care of Texas: Hospice Care of Texas offers compassionate end-of-life care to patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. Noe understands the importance of providing support and comfort to patients during this challenging time, and he and his team strive to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and support to help them live their final days with dignity and comfort.
3. Assisted Living of Texas: Assisted Living of Texas provides comprehensive assisted living services for elderly individuals who require assistance with daily activities but wish to maintain their independence and autonomy. Noe and his team are dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where residents can thrive and enjoy a high quality of life.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Noe is actively involved in various community initiatives aimed at improving access to healthcare services and promoting health and wellness. He is a passionate advocate for underserved populations and works to address healthcare disparities through education, outreach, and advocacy. He is dedicated to developing clinical goals centered around the patient and driven by evidence-based practices.
