Yolanda is one of HCOT’s bilingual personnel. Yolanda handles scheduling and coordinating between patients and clinicians. She loves speaking with patients and welcoming them to the HCOT Family. Yolanda is dependable and trustworthy. She ensures that patients are comfortable and knowledgeable about the process of admission and coordinates with the patients and their families to ensure the proper transition happens. Yolanda’s most admirable trait is consistency and dependability. Her passion is backed by experience and the love she has for her family. According to Yolanda, “I told myself that if I can make a difference with just one patient, that is all I need. I can't do what the clinicians do, but I know in my own little way that I too can make a difference by ensuring the patients know the process, their visit schedules, and expectations. I love that patients call the office and want their clinicians back. This shows that we are excellent in providing patient care, and knowing that I am a part of it gives me fulfillment and a sense of belonging. I love it here and will continue working towards HCOT’s mission vision.”
